youhave a way to stake tokens into a smartcontract and llama vs geminibuild a front end which isabsolutely massive absolutely fantasticyou should be patting yourself from theback excellent job excellent job let'sgo ahead and wrap this course up welcomeback friends how do you feel goodsmarter empowered ready to Take On TheWorld excellent well you absolutely 100%should be and you deserve a massiveRound of Applause because you have justdone something fantastic you havestarted your journey and equippedyourself with the tools to become anincredibly powerful intelligentsmart contract engineer in this spacenow I would be remiss if I didn'tcomment on security and audits when itcomes to doing your smart contracts asyou know all these smart contracts areavailable on chain for anybody to seeand anybody to work with this means thathaving a security mindset is incrediblyincredibly important and I highlyrecommend if you're going to go main itif you're going to take your applicationonto a real Network where it's going tobe securing a lot of people's money anda lot of people's assets you absolutelyneed to get an audit there is no excusefor not getting an audit and having anapplication that's securing a lot ofpeople's money getting an audit isessentially just having somebody elsepeer-review your code looking for anyvulnerabilities that could be exploitedin audit can be the difference betweenyour protocol skyrocketing into thefuture and doing fantasticallysuccessfully or dwindling getting hackedand everyone losing faith in yourabilities audits are essential we've gotsome help helpful links in the GitHubrepository associated with this courseto learn more about audits who to getthem from and some helpful tips onsetting your smart contracts up to makeAuditors lives easier while we'retalking about security it's also helpfulto know some of the most common attacksin this space we've got anotherwonderful Link in the GitHub repositorythat will show you some of these attacksand how to get around them and what theyactually look like two of them that arebig enough that I think I need tomention here are going to be Oracleattacks and re-entrancy attacks thesethese are the two attacks that I seehappen most often unfortunately rightnow in the state of defi protocols gethacked for millions of dollars literallyalmost every day and it is a travesty tothe space that this is happening most ofthe time these attacks are preventableso understanding some of these securitytips doing your due diligence andgetting an audit is going to make bothyou as a smart contract developer and asa Dap developer and as a protocol betterbut also the entire space is going to bemore safe secure and easier fornewcomers to get into thankfully you cansleep a lot easier on those Oraclemanipulation attacks because you'velearned some best practices for workingwith oracles you've learned how to workwith a chain link decentralized OracleNetwork to get your data and do yourexternal computation using a chain linkdecentralized Oracle Network or a dawnwill solve these Oracle manipulationattacks so that you don't have to dealwith people manipulating a centralizedOracle because you are going to be usinga decentralized one reinsurance attacksare a little bit trickier to detect butwhenever you call an external smartcontract a smart contract outside yourproject you especially should think Hdoes somebody in that smart contracthave access to changing some variablesthat I don't want them to change againwe have some wonderful examples in thatGitHub repository associated with thiscourse to teach you more about thatadditionally I highly recommendeverybody check out both ethernut andDam vulnerable defi these are two gamesthat show you some of the exploits andsome of the low-level solidity thingsyou can do that you might want to lookout for when you're writing your smartcontracts all right so now that we'vegot the security piece out of the wayonce again huge congratulations forgetting this far you now have the toolsto Build a Better World to build thesesmart contract applications and toempower yourself and your community withthese blockchain applications now thefirst question you might be asking isPatrick this is great but where do I gonow what do I do I have all these toolsI want to go use them after absolutelymy first bit of advice here is going tosay you can always learn more andthere's always going to be more placesto learn and grow and even though thiscourse gave you a full setup ofeverything that you're going to need toget going and Get Off to the Races andstart building it's good to know whereelse you can learn more and where elseyou can grow some amazing places aregoing to be crypto zombies dapUniversity Ivan on Tech chain shot eatthe blocks Patrick Collins my YouTubeChannel Austin Griffith's YouTubechannel Nat's YouTube channel theethereum.org website chain link blogsand really any other material you canget your hands on while you're learningyou should 100% be growing with thecommunity this is something that I'vebeen pushing from the start blockchainand smart contract world is differentfrom these corporate worlds we are adecentralized open-source group opensource open sourced ecosystem where weflourish if the people around usflourish so growing and connecting withthe community is a absolute must and isa and it's a way to really accelerateall the momentum that you're gettingafter taking this course Twitter the eevrdit brownie Discord the ethereumDiscord the chain link Discord there areall these discords and all thesecommunities that you can jump in you cangrow ask questions chat spread ideasthen once you're in these communitiesthen you can start really coding andtinkering more hackathons are some ofthe best places to put your stuff to thetest and also really learn and build andgrow in the blockchain space there arehackathons happening all the time andthese are places where you can show upyou can learn from some of the sponsorsyou can build really cool things and youcan win prizes as well we've seen someprojects win a hackathon go on to raisemillions in seed funding and become abillion doll protocol some have gottenadvisors from top investors like Markcubin and these projects do wildlysuccessful but at the same time we alsosee a huge uptick and a huge number ofthe newcomers in this space people havenever written a smart contract neverwritten any of the code come in trylearn grow and come out an incrediblypowerful engineer with more networkingand with
